Terms & Conditions

PLACEMENT OF ORDERS
All catering is made fresh to order and therefore we require orders be placed by 12pm the day prior.
We do our best to accommodate short-notice catering orders but all items and delivery times are subject to availability. Please notify us via phone before placing an order. Any changes to existing orders requested on the day of delivery incur a $25 +GST surcharge and all orders or changes to existing orders requested after 12pm the day prior to delivery incur a $20 +GST surcharge. Weekend catering available by special arrangement. A surcharge and out-of-hours staff costs apply. Please note prices are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude GST.

CATERING EQUIPMENT
InnoLab Cafe will collect all service equipment upon completion of your event/function. All catering equipment is the property of InnoLab Cafe. All catering equipment must be cleaned prior to collection. Any breakages or items not returned will incur a fee.

SERVICE STAFF
Service staff and barista are available Monday to Friday on request (min. 3 hrs).

PAYMENT
A tax invoice will be issued on day of the order. All orders require prepayment in full at the time of ordering unless an existing account is in place.
Pre-payment options include direct transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card. Any orders over $1,000 will require a non-refundable 20% deposit.

CANCELLATIONS
Twelve hours’ notice must be given for all cancellations or the full charge of the order will apply.

Bamboo Plates, Napkins, Cutlery:  Add  $2 pp
